1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ITAD Authority ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

ITAD Authority provides a marketplace platform for buying and selling electronic scrap materials. Users must:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the security of their account credentials
  • Accurately describe materials being sold
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Transaction Terms

All transactions are subject to our verification process. We reserve the right to:

  • Inspect materials upon receipt
  • Adjust pricing based on material quality
  • Cancel transactions for fraudulent or misrepresented materials
  • Hold payments during the inspection period (up to 30 days)

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through our secure escrow system:

  • Platform fee: 3.5% of transaction value
  • Payments released after successful inspection
  • Refunds issued if materials are rejected
  • Seller responsible for return shipping on rejected materials

5. Shipping

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Properly packaging materials
  • Using provided shipping labels
  • Ensuring materials are shipped within 3 business days

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Hazardous materials without proper certification
  • Stolen or illegally obtained items
  • Items containing personal or confidential data
  • Materials misrepresented in listing

7. Limitation of Liability

ITAD Authority shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
